In 1989 a group of parents decided to start a soccer program. The first year there were a few teams and after seeing the public interest, Carroll County Soccer Assocation was founded in 1990. Since then, CCSA has been a feeder program for Carroll County High School, Galax High School and Grayson County High School. CCSA is an organization that provides quality youth soccer programs for Carroll County, VA and surrounding areas in a family friendly environment by using positive coaching and player encouragement. CCSA is in no way affiliated with the Carroll County Rec. Department.
